cozy chalet experience
warm chalet easy location car rental
the chalet was very warm. everything i needed was there. the location is amazing near the scv, the city, the shops and the airport. i rented a car and got around super easy.
i found no soap in the bathroom container. the mugs and glasses were stained. there was no linen or towel included, so we covered the duvet and cushions after a long trip.

the chalet has its own kitchen. i could cook anything i wanted. i brought my own groceries and prepared meals easily.

the hotel is not too far from the airport. it is also near santa claus village and the centre. i even saw the northern lights from outside of our cabin.

accommodating team natural surroundings quiet place easy location
the team accommodated our big group. the location is close to a forest, and i appreciated the natural surroundings. i enjoyed how quiet it was. it was easy to find the hotel.
the walls were very thin, so i could sometimes hear neighboring guests.

the reception was friendly. registration was uncomplicated and quick. the staff was pleasant and cute. the team were very accommodating to our large group needs.

I found the two-bedroom apartment suited my family. They included washing up liquid. I also noticed a petrol station close by. A supermarket was available within a 5 minute drive.
I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel.

window view great kitchen heating system extra charges
The cabin was wonderful! The kitchen included everything I needed for cooking , and this made meal preparation easy. Netflix on the television was a bonus and allowed for great entertainment during downtime. I enjoyed the views of the snowy pine trees right from the window.
The room was quite cold , and the heating system did not seem to function well. I found it strange that I had to pay extra for towels and bed sheets , it cost 10 euros per person. I expected these to be included in the stay.

amazing stay!
peaceful location functional kitchenette underfloor heating
the surroundings are fine! i loved how peaceful the location was. the room included a functional kitchenette with all the necessary equipment. underfloor heating kept the apartment warm and cozy, just perfect after a long day!
i noticed the sofa bed in our room was broken. this made it unusable and caused a very uncomfortable night. it definitely needs some repair.

The kitchenette had a stove with two burners plus a microwave. It also included a fridge with a small freezer compartment! it provided the essentials for preparing simple meals, that's a really valuable feature.
